Marc actualizes clients' ideas into buildable construction documents. He cultivates detailed designs and finds innovative solutions that accommodate both existing conditions and the developed designs. As a technician, Marc reviews the conceptually designed spaces to ensure compliance with building code requirements and standards. Through continuous coordination with both the clients and contractors, he ensures that the designed spaces are consistent with construction documents and client requests. In addition, he manages change orders and tracks construction fees and schedules to make certain projects remain within the cost estimates and timelines.
