As Design Director, Erica creates dynamic work environments, ensures project schedules and budgets are met, and coordinates with the construction team to guarantee the integrity of the design. Her creativity, accuracy, and diversified skill set put her clients at ease throughout the project process. Erica is greatly involved in every aspect of the project, from conceptualizing the design and developing logical and efficient space plans to selecting timeless and appropriate interior finishes & furniture to suit the client’s brand and image to being involved during construction and conducting punch list walk-throughs, making sure all are happy with final outcome. Erica is also a big believer of “Green Design” and consciously specifies sustainable materials and products as common practice.
