Brooks has experience in all phases of the profession, running the design and production for several life science buildings, master plan campus designs, multifamily, mixed-use buildings, and tenant fit outs. He is a licensed Architect in NY, NH, NJ, MA, and PR. Brooks has spent over 35 years in the practice of architecture, working on major buildings ranging from large-scale government buildings to multi building residential sites to full life science campus’s and building designs. His strengths include an ability to balance the big picture while listening to the problems at hand, developing creative design solutions that meet the schedule and budget. He has led firms in the advanced use of Revit for design and marketing commissions all the way through to production documentation and implementation modeling. He is passionate about aligning the buildings’ design with the project's budget and stated investment goals.
