Interactive Brokers, a client for over 20 years, asked G3 to be the lead team member for their new corporate headquarters in Greenwich. The project joined groups from two different Greenwich complexes into a 170,000 square foot facility at their existing complex at Pickwick Plaza.

A three-phase effort spanning just over 14 months, the project called for 50/50 offices and workstations, downsized to mirror current trends, all outfitted with height adjustable work surfaces and small meeting areas and white boards in all of the offices.
