CoLab at Bell Works continues the reinvigorating of the former Bell Labs Holmdel complex, a National Historic Landmark originally designed by Eero Saarinen, to a brand new coworking space.

 

At over 40,000 square feet, and taking inspiration from the landmark midcentury modern aesthetic of Bell Works, npz studio+ and G3 worked in collaboration for this dynamic project developed with programmed flexibility for coworking tenants to expand as their needs grow. The space features the latest coworking amenities including a dedicated conference center, two pantries, lounges with soft seating, private phone rooms, and an app-based booking and reservation system.
