G3 has created and maintained Tishman Speyer’s pre-built program in this historic landmark, The Chrysler Building, for 10 years. We have specialized in taking the awkward and limited left over spaces in the building and creating clean, neutral, desirable, and ultimately leasable spaces for them. Over the years we have worked on more than 20 different floors in the building maintaining and developing the standards which Tishman Speyer can include in leases, while individualizing each suite to maximize ceiling heights and taking advantage of views and other unique opportunities.
For this project we were asked by Tishman Speyer on behalf of a private investor to renovate space within the crown of the Chrysler Building. Maximizing the opportunities for exposing both some wonderful and eccentric historic artifacts of previous occupancies with the awe inspiring views available from zigzagging triangular windows, while simultaneously incorporating modern mechanical and electrical systems within such unique and irregular spaces, was a genuine challenge.
Other examples include the offices we did for the law firm Richardson and Patel, the Corporate office for Kimco [pictures included]; and many others.
