G3’s work in this icon of mid-century modern design includes tenant fit-outs and amenity improvements on several floors, including several pre-built suites. In this example, as with our other pre-built efforts, we have married elegant glass-front offices with a clearly defined interior space. The layout reinforces the architecture of the building, capitalizing on desirable aspects (order, view, height) while controlling and downplaying detractions (odd columns, core ductwork), creating a tenant opportunity that can easily be molded by a variety of potential users.
