G3 has had an ongoing relationship with Rabobank since 1992 when they relocated their New York offices on four floors at 245 Park Avenue. Subsequent to the original build out, Rabobank has returned to G3 on multiple occasions for design modifications to their space to suit their changing business requirements. These have included restacking the floors of the New York office in 1995, 2002, 2012 and our recently completed project, a fourth comprehensive restack of Rabobank’s 120,000 square foot US headquarters at 245 Park.

 

This two-phase undertaking entailed comprehensive, phased demolition and reconstruction of all areas of the bank’s facilities, with an entirely new trading group.​
