Due to space constraints and mounting real estate costs in Manhattan, Rabobank relocated their back office and support services to Jersey City, NJ. This new office occupied part of the 16th Floor of the Exchange Place Centre. As additional space became available over the next 4 years, Rabobank expanded to occupy the entire floor. G3 worked with Rabo Support Services to develop the master plan and establish office and furniture standards, which were a modified version of the New York office standards. The program included a full data center and “Help Desk”. Subsequently, Rabo Support Services acquired the adjacent 15th floor for expansion of their back office services and a training center.
