This international publisher turned to G3 for a creative solution to a complex problem. The mandate from the CEO was for a ‘bright, airy’ space, but the selected site had only east facing windows on low floors with an adjacent building a mere twenty-five feet away. G3, working with the landlord, developed a scheme whereby part of one floor was removed, allowing the sense of grandeur. In addition, we designed a back-lit wall, so that the resulting space would always be flooded with light. Low floors and dark spaces were no impediment to this challenge.
