New New York City offices for real estate developer Kimco utilize an entire floor of the iconic Chrysler Building. In addition to housing some permanent staff, the offices are intended to be “home base” for out of town employees, their guests and business partners.
A glamorous reception area offers traditional reception functions, break out areas for adjacent conferencing, and even an oversized touch screen to allow for impromptu and interactive presentations. A fully stocked and highly efficient pantry area acts as catering station for larger meetings and as staff lunchroom. Colorful elements brighten and vitalize a straightforward palette of dark woods and white walls.
